not at the moment, but i would recommend we have a joint exercise/mock war with an ally at some point so we can get to grips with the recwar system

Im attending a NAM conference right now, I'll propose a mock war to them. I think they'll enjoy the chance to sharpen their skills for an upcoming storm....

what do we do? just make militariy orders with our troops and then compare them to the other sides...? anywere close?

kinda.
you say "i move X amount of troops here... " then they say "i move Y amount of troops there too" then u just kinda go back and forth, writing a little about how ur troops are doing "my troops attack that defenseless town of yours" "oh no, my troops go to stop you" "haha my reserve forces come up and take ur base... nya nya!"

you have to talk it over with your enemy... compromise... it all depends on the size of the belligerents fighting and whether one was taken by surprise or who had more fire power...
