We generally operate a 3 step foreign policy of recognition, non-aggression, and then alliance. The terms of the recognition treaty can be tailored to what you want as well. However, unless there are extenuating circumstances, we generally sign recognition treaties first.

An interesting question. I've yet to find a working trade program among our existing allies so I'm not entirely sure how it would be done. The MI tried to do something where they agreed on a reasonable level of production for a resource per month, gave each a price, and then traded from that, but it never really got off the ground. If you have a more effective method, I'd love to hear it. As to resources - after our treaty with Lovely we have a lot, the full list is here www.novatainia.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=333 and that would be updated with new claims etc ... |

As a simplest method, unless you have a better existing one, we could just agree to a standard part of the percent of resources traded each month, and ignore prices but be aware of general value when we do so (eg we may trade you 100% fish for 30% oil, for example)
What resources do you have? I didn't notice a forum for it, but I may just have missed it ...

We don't really trade much so we don't have a system established or a forum.
wheat x2, cattle, gems x2, semiprecious stones, cotton x3, fish x4, heavy industry, dyes, oil, spice, natural gas, uranium, general farming x2

Heh ... I've just summoned an Illuminati Summit to discuss trading and stuff, we may just invent a new method ...
In the mean time ... I think we'd bne interested in getting some Uranium/Oil. Is there anything you want from our resources?
