In order to reform the government of the Kingdom to bring it more in line as a protectorate of Natopia I hereby make the following changes
1. The Caprine Council is hereby dissolved. 2. The Mesogaiaeon and Xenikoseon are dissolved. 3. The Title of Basileus/King shall be replaced with that of Tyrant.
